We often save you time, improve profitability, and reduce excessive tax bills, so we can have a positive effect on your cash flow. It is not unusual for this to more than cover our fees.
Most of our work is completed on a fixed fee structure. We would discuss this with you, so all costings could be agreed in advance, with no hidden extras. For example, a straight forward self-assessment return would start at around £150, a simple set of sole trader accounts, prepared from minimal paperwork or a trial balance, with an accompanying self-assessment return starts from around £300. A simple set of limited company accounts
and associated corporation tax return, prepared from a trial balance and submitted to HMRC and Companies House, starts at around £550.
If we are unable to undertake work on a fixed fee basis then this would be charged at our standard hourly rate of £100 p/h (with discounted rates for book-keeping and general administration), but you would always be made aware in advance and given an estimated range.
The better order your paperwork is in, the less your fees will be, and we can discuss with you how to save money here. Of course, if you don't want to spend your time filing and organising your papers, we are happy to do all this for you.
